Reading Rooms Catalogues

  • Crane Library
    Holdings include over 10,000 titles of university-level textbooks, course support materials, reference books, and leisure reading in recorded digital audio, Braille, large print, and electronic text (e-text).
  • Geographic Information Centre
    Holdings include maps specializing in BC and Canada, atlases, books, video recordings, course reserves on geographical topics, and the University Aerial Photo Collection.
  • ICICS/Computer Science Reading Room
    Holdings include books, journals, conference proceedings, electronic resources, videos, theses.
    Subjects include: computer science, electrical & computer engineering, mathematics, technology & society, psychology, economics, medicine
  • UBC Botanical Garden Library and Reading Room
    Holdings include monographs, textbooks, manuals, and handbooks in a variety of languages.
    Subjects include: ecology, ethnobotany, communication and education in the sciences, floras, gardening and gardens, the history of horticulture and botany, Asian gardens, native plants of British Columbia, plant identification, plants and gardens in art and photography, sustainability and biodiversity.
